Another good way to engage your list is to give them activities that you can measure, for example, surveying your list from time to time is a good idea to know what they really want and need so that you can focus your marketing efforts on those areas. Doing so you are not only tracking their activities, but doing them a great service as well, they are going to love you for that. In conclusion, if done correctly, marketing automation can be the most profitable aspect of helping you grow. Marketing and software done well are a very lucrative match.
